Director's Dealing

Western & Oriental, the luxury and specialist travel group, today announces that it has been notified by one of its Directors, Mr Rajinder Kumar, of a change in his interest over the shares of the Company.

Mr Kumar notified the Company on 17 December 2010 that a family trust had acquired 2 million ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.5p per share on 8 December 2010.

Mr Kumar, along with his two daughters, one of whom is under the age of 18, are beneficiaries of the trust, and Mr Kumar is therefore deemed to have an interest in the shares acquired.

In addition to the interest notified above, Mr Kumar has a personal holding of 26.5m shares in the Company which were acquired before his appointment as a Director on 30 November 2010.

As a result of the share purchase Mr Kumar's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company has changed from 26,500,000 (7.37%) to 28 500,000 ordinary shares (7.92%).

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has 359,664,161 ordinary shares in issue.
