                           Results of General Meeting 
 
The Board of Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE) are pleased to announce that 
both resolutions put to shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today 
were passed by the necessary majorities. 
 
As a result, the joint venture agreement and warrant instrument between the 
Company and Bonjour Europe Limited (the "Agreements") have become unconditional 
save as to satisfaction of the various performance criteria as detailed in the 
announcement dated 12 July 2010. 
 
Further details on the Agreements are contained in the letter to shareholders 
dated 19 July 2010.
