                          Completion of relocation

Further to the announcement made on 29 March 2007, the Company is pleased to
announce that it has successfully  completed the relocation to new premises. 
With effect from today the Company's head office is located at 23695 Via Del 
Rio, Yorba Linda CA 92887.  Registered office details are unchanged.
