Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification yesterday that on 13 
December 2007 Ms Susan Veness, the Finance Director of the Company, bought 
100,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence per share at a price of 1 pence per share.

Following this notification she has an interest in 100,000 shares representing 
0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification yesterday that on 11
December 2007 Mr Alan Edwards, a Non Executive Director of the Company, bought
100,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 1 pence per
share and on 12 December 2007 he bought an additional 90,000 ordinary shares of
2 pence each in the Company at a price of 2 cents per share.

Following this notification he has an interest in 190,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification yesterday that on 
11 December 2007 Mr Peter Leyland, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, 
bought 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence per share at a price of 0.75 pence per 
share.

Following this notification he has an interest in 450,000 shares representing
0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
