ACQUISITION UPDATE OF KAMERA HOLDINGS AB

Virtue Broadcasting Plc ("the Company") announces that, pursuant to its offer
for Kamera Holdings AB ("Kamera") being declared unconditional in all respects
on 9 January 2004, the board has authorised the issue and allotment of a further
3,593,032 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.

These shares represent those valid acceptances which the Company has received
from Kamera shareholders between 9 January 2004 and 2 February 2004. Application
will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and trading in the new
shares is expected to commence on 6 February 2004.
