                                 Board changes



On 27 March 2008, Purple Spot announced that the offer by Acorn Corporate
Finance Limited on behalf of Purple Spot for the whole of the issued and to be
issued ordinary share capital of Vista had been declared unconditional in all
respects.



Accordingly, Gavin Johnson (non-executive Chairman), Keith Sadler (Chief
Executive), Alan Rothwell (non-executive director) and Keith Salisbury
(non-executive director) have resigned from the board of directors of the
Company with effect from 27 March 2008.



Simon Orange (Chairman), Brian Kerr (Managing Director), David Martin (Finance
Director) and Gary Black (Legal Director) have been appointed as executive
directors of the Company with effect from 27 March 2008.



This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Offer Document dated 4
March 2008 and the announcement made by Purple Spot on 27 March 2008 that the
Offer has been declared unconditional in all respects.  Terms used in this
announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Offer Document.

The information to be declared under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies is as follows:



(a)        Simon Sebastian Orange, aged 40, is also a director of U.K. Logistics
Limited, U.K. Logistics (2004) Limited, Saxon Property Development Solutions
Limited, Dunham Group Limited, Cavitech Solutions Limited, Dunham Property
Developments Limited, Corpacq PLC and Purple Spot Limited.



He is also a designated member of the following limited liability partnerships:
B&O Developments LLP and Saxon Development Solutions LLP.



During the last five years he has also been a director of Saxon Property
Development Solutions Limited, Automate Holdings Limited, A&S Property
Associates Limited, Jackson Joinery (Manufacturing) Limited, Regency Glass
Limited, Metcalfe Holdings Limited, Metcalfe Plant Hire Limited, Filtermech
Holdings Limited, Filtermech Plant Sales Limited, Racerack Limited and BO&D
Developments Limited.



Racerack Limited, a company of which Simon Orange was a director, was placed
into Administration on 7 January 2005 by way of directors application. The
business had ceased to trade. The Administrators completed the sale of the
assets and goodwill to a third party. The proceeds were sufficient to repay the
secured creditor in full.  No schedule of other claims was compiled and the case
was closed on 16 December 2005.



(b)        Brian Powrie Kerr, aged 58, is also a director of Metcalfe Holdings
Limited, Metcalfe Plant Hire Limited, Corpacq PLC, Filtermech Plant Sales
Limited and Purple Spot Limited.



            During the last five years he has also been a director of Reilor
Limited, Reilor Two Limited, Reilor Logistics Limited, Astra Door Controls
Limited, Redthorn (Engineering Systems) Limited and Tulip Creations Limited.



(c)        David Robert Martin, aged 43, is also a director of Corpacq PLC,
Automate Holdings Limited, Automate Limited, Automate UK Limited, Metcalfe
Holdings Limited, Filtermech Holdings Limited and Purple Spot Limited.



(d)        Gary Lee Black, aged 37, is also a director of New Media Global
Limited, Corpacq PLC, Metcalfe Holdings Limited, Metcalfe Plant Hire Limited,
Regency Glass Limited, Automate Holdings Limited, Automate Limited, Automate UK
Limited, Chase Saunders Holdings Limited, Filtermech Plant Sales Limited and
Purple Spot Limited.  He is also a designated member of Ithaca Ventures LLP.





There are no other matters to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules
for Companies.
