                                ADMISSION TO AIM



Vicorp Group Plc (Ticker: VICP), a leader in the market for advanced service
creation technologies in the communications sector, is pleased to announce its
Admission to AIM. The Group provides software, which is coded in Voice XML
("VXML"), a programming language which is used to facilitate voice interactions
with computer systems. The Group has appointed Zimmerman Adams International
Limited as its Nominated Adviser and SVS Securities plc as its Financial Adviser
and Broker.





Admission Highlights



*         The Group has raised #1.62million, before expenses
*         The Group has placed 40,475,000 million shares at a price of four
          pence
*         On Admission the market capitalisation of the Group will be #7.7
          million





Vicorp - Key Information



*         Key product is xMP - an end-to-end Interactive Voice Response
          ("IVR") application which creates and manages complex voice and
          data services
*         Growth in the voice applications market is forecasted to grow at a
          CAGR of 22 per cent. to 2009, and is estimated to be worth $1.2 
          billion at the end of 2007
*         Global product and services agreements in place with Cable and
          Wireless and IBM
*         Vicorp's products are the technical leaders in the VXML tools
          market
*         Contract signed with Barclays Bank in April 2007 for development of
          voice applications. In the Directors opinion, the contract may be 
          worth up to #2.75 million in the next two year period with revenues 
          being recognized on a project by project basis
*         Considered "the leading independent vendor of service creation
          tools in the market" by Datamonitor in March 2007
