Reorganisation of Issued Share Capital

The Company announces that, based on the elections received from Shareholders, the ordinary share capital of the Company will be reorganised, with 123,477,638 Ordinary Shares to be redesignated as Realisation Shares and the balance of 46,438,012 to continue as Ordinary Shares.

The share register of the Company is now closed and, therefore, trading in both Ordinary Shares and Depository Interests on AIM was suspended at 7.30am today. The Company's admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00am on Friday, 1 July 2011.
