    Share Purchase by Directors

    Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology solutions, was informed on 9 June 2008 that Derek Scott, the
Chairman, purchased 7,000 shares in the Company at 123p per share on 9 June 2008.

    Following this purchase, Mr Scott now holds 112,688 ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing approximately 1.2% of the
entire issued ordinary share capital of the company.
