    Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology solutions, was informed on 29 May 2008 that Montague Samuels, a
non-executive director, purchased 50,000 shares in the Company at 120p per share on 29 May 2008.

    Following this purchase, Mr. Samuels now holds 574,385 ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing approximately 6.1% of
the entire issued ordinary share capital of the company.
