                          Share Purchase by Directors

Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology
solutions, was informed that Gerry O'Neill (CEO) and Stephen Thurlow (CFO) had
purchased shares in the Company.

Dr O'Neill had purchased 16,578 shares at 150p per share. He now holds 1,033,212
ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing approximately 11.17%
of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the company.

Mr Thurlow had purchased 16,578 shares at 150p per share. He now holds 274,657
ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing approximately 2.97%
of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the company.
