Announcement of Scrip Dividend Reference Price

On 5 March 2015, the Company announced a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2014 of 2.5p per ordinary share (the "Second Interim Dividend"), payable on 11 May 2015 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday, 13 March 2015 (the "Record Date").

The Company operates a scrip dividend scheme which allows qualifying shareholders to receive dividends in new ordinary shares instead of cash (the "Scheme"). The detailed terms of the Scheme in respect of the Second Interim Dividend are set out in a circular to shareholders that will be despatched shortly.

In relation to the Second Interim Dividend, the reference price of a share under the Scheme has been set at 176.00p. This is the average of the closing middle market price as derived from the Daily Official List for the Company's ordinary shares for the five consecutive dealing dates commencing on the ex-dividend date of 12 March 2015. Accordingly, a shareholder electing for the scrip dividend option rather than cash would receive one ordinary share for every 70.4000 ordinary shares registered in their name on the Record Date in respect of which they have elected for the scrip dividend option.

All elections for the scrip dividend option must be received by the Company's registrar by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 22 April 2015.
