Directors' Dealings

Members of the Company's Board of Directors have mandates in place in order to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2011 and accordingly acquired ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") as disclosed in the table below. The Shares, which are traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, were sold out of treasury by the Company today at the previously announced scrip calculation price of 122.25 pence per Share, and rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
