This announcement replaces all four announcements released by the Company on 15 
and 16 December 2009 regarding a transaction in its own shares on 14 December

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES 
 
 
UK SELECT TRUST LIMITED 
(the "Company") 
 
 
 
 
The Company announces that, on 6 November 2009, 66,031 ordinary shares of 10p 
each ("Shares") were issued to shareholders who elected to receive Shares 
instead of cash in respect of the interim dividend for the period ended 30 
September 2009. These Shares were issued to shareholders from Shares held in 
treasury. Following that issue, the Company had 20,830,484 Shares in issue, of 
which 204,408 Shares were held in treasury. Accordingly, the Company's voting 
share capital was increased to 20,626,082 Shares. 
 
 
As previously announced on 14 December 2009, the Company bought back 50,000 
Shares which have been placed in treasury. Following this buy back, the Company 
has 20,830,484 Shares in issue of which 254,402 Shares are held in treasury. 
Accordingly, the Company's voting share capital is now 20,576,082 Shares.
