UK Select Trust Limited ("the Company") announces that on 8 May 2009, 281,018 
ordinary shares of 10p each were issued to shareholders who elected to receive 
new shares instead of cash, on the basis of one new ordinary share for every 
30.5860 shares held as at 27 March 2009, the record date for the final dividend 
in respect of the year ended 31 December 2008. 
 
 
These shares have been issued to shareholders from shares held in Treasury. 
 
 
Following this scrip dividend, the Company still has 20,830,484 shares in issue, 
of which 3,724 ordinary shares of 10p each remain in Treasury.
