ALLOCATION OF SHARES UNDER THE DEFERRED ANNUAL BONUS SCHEME
On 12 December 2013, shares were allocated to the following
Executive Directors under the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme at 376.9
pence per share, which may be acquired for nil cost:

Executive Directors under the Performance Share Plan at 376.9 pence
