Trochus plc (the "Company") was notified on 19 September 2007 that on 18
September 2007 Barclays plc acquired 4,895 ordinary shares in the Company of 1p
each ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Barclays plc now has
150,931 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.1 per cent. of the total voting rights
of the Company.
