Director resignation

The directors of Tricor announce that Chris Morgan has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, in order to pursue his other business interests.

The directors would like to thank Mr Morgan for his contribution to the Company whilst he was a board member and wish him well with his future endeavours.
