ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc (the "Company") are
pleased to announce the allotment of 1,859,708 Venture Shares of 1p
each at an average price of 106.841 pence per share on 12 December
2022 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus
issued by the Company on 21 September 2022.
As part of today's Venture Share allotment, Julian Antony
Bartlett , a Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 18,954
Venture Shares in the Company and Elizabeth Jane Onslow, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 9,477 Venture
Shares in the Company. The notifications below, made in accordance
with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide
further detail.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission is expected to become effective on or around 19 December
2022.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and
total voting rights of the Company is now 59,256,326:
