Statement re. Share Price Movement

The Board of Boxhill Technologies plc (AIM: BOX) notes the rise in the Company's share price today and the speculation online in relation to a possible cash offer from a Singapore listed company called YuuZoo Corporation Limited ("YuuZoo"). The Company confirms that there is no truth in this speculation and that it is not in discussions with YuuZoo nor has it received an approach from YuuZoo regarding a possible transaction with Boxhill.

Aside from this unfounded speculation, the Board is not aware of any reason for today's share price movement.
