                 Group Restructuring & Liquidation of Subsidiary

It is with regret that the Company has today taken steps to put one of its
subsidiaries, Lottery Service Providers Limited, into liquidation.

Unfortunately, due to the current economic situation, the Company has been
unsuccessful in sourcing new working capital, and this restructuring will enable
the business to continue via another wholly owned subsidiary, while reducing the
level of current liabilities.
