The Company was notified on 10 March 2008 that, following the purchase of
5,786,877 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 March 2008, at 0.6p per share, Mr
Renwick Robert Haddow is now interested in 11,286,877 ordinary shares in the
Company. This holding represents 13.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
