                             Statement re The Gambling Act 2005

The Weather Lottery is pleased to announce that The Gambling Commission has granted External Lottery Managers License(s)
in the following activities:

* Non Remote Gambling Software and Non Remote External Lottery Manager
* Remote External Lottery Manager

The Gambling Act 2005 replaces the Lotteries and Amusement Act 1976 as amended. The new External Managers
License(s)issued from The Gambling Commission replace those issued by the Gaming Board of Great Britain in October 2004.

After careful review of all procedures both online and non-remote inclusive of Company finances, reviewed over a six
month period, The Gambling Commission granted Prize Provision Services Ltd, a subsidiary of The Weather Lottery Plc, an
External Managers License.

The External Lottery Managers License(s) are granted in regards to the new Gambling Act 2005 which comes into force on 1
September 2007

The License enables The Weather Lottery to continue to raise funds in the fields of Sport, Charity and Education on
behalf of clients throughout the UK.
