                  Result of AGM and Clarification re Share Offer

The AGM of the Company was held yesterday,on 5 February 2007, and all 
resolutions were passed.
 
The Directors would like to clarify, and to avoid confusion, that a recent 
offer for sale of shares in The Weather Lottery Plc by Unquoted Securities 
Limited is not a fundraising for the Company and any proceeds from the shares 
sold is paid to the individual shareholders that own such shares and not the 
Company.
 
The Directors accept no responsibility for the offer and its contents.
