TPG Corporate Fashion Services and Kattenburg Uniforce to merge

Companies combine forces in workwear and corporate image clothing market.

Following a declaration of intent earlier this year, Corporate Fashion Services
in The Hague - clothing supplier for TNT Post Group N.V. - and Kattenburg
Uniforce in Pijnacker have formally announced their merger.  The merger will
become a fact on 1 January 2000.  The two companies both specialise in workwear,
including the related logistical services.  This merger means that a new company
has been created that can also focus on the European market.  The new company
will be called Kattenburg Corporate Fashion Services BV.  TPG's Corporate
Fashion Services employs 40 people and Kattenburg 110.  The new company expects
to realise sales of around NLG 70 million for 1999.

Both companies see major  market opportunities by merging their capabilities
which complement each other.  Potential customers include large
service-providing companies who would prefer to outsource all their workwear and
corporate image clothing and the associated logistics to just one single
business partner.  The new company will provide services in the fields of design
worldwide production and purchasing, quality control, stock management and
after-sales service.  It will use a mail order concept for delivery to the home
and budgeted workwear allowance for each recipient.
