Timeweave announces that Richard McGuire was today appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the board of directors.

Richard, aged 46, was appointed to the board of directors as Non-Executive Director of Timeweave on 31 May 2010, acting as the nominated shareholder representative of Mayfair Capital Investments Limited.

Timeweave Plc is the holding company of a group which principally comprises a 50% holding in Amalgamated Racing Limited ("AMRAC"), a shareholding in DCD Media Plc ("DCD Media") and the wholly owned sports corporate risk business, SportingWins (together the "Group"). AMRAC is an equally owned joint venture company between Racecourse Media Services Limited (which is owned by a number of the UK's foremost horseracing racecourses and Racecourse Investments Limited) and Timeweave. AMRAC holds exclusive licences with 34 racecourses to broadcast pictures, audio and data from these racecourses to licensed betting offices in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on its dedicated television channel, TurfTV.

DCD Media Plc is an AIM-listed independent TV production, rights and distribution group.
