Significant Shareholding 
 
 
Redbell Investments Limited ("Redbell") and Earvil Consulants Limited ("Earvil") 
confirmed to the board directors of Timan on 29 July 2009 that these entities 
now hold 23,730,191 and 72,617,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the 
Company (the "Ordinary Shares") respectively. Redbell and Earvil are ultimately 
controlled by Vitaly Belik who is therefore interested in 96,347,191 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 56.36 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the 
Company. Redbell and Earvil are the beneficial owners of their respective shares 
noted above. Vitaly Belik is the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares.
