Temporary Suspension of Trading on AIM 
 
 
Annual Report 2008 
 
 
As a result of the continued delays in funding, the Company announces that the 
audit of Timan's results for the year to 31 December 2008 will not be completed, 
the results announced to the market and the Annual Report posted to shareholders 
by 30 June 2009.  As the Company would be in breach of Rule 19 of the AIM Rules 
for Companies at that point the London Stock Exchange has suspended trading of 
Timan's shares on AIM with immediate effect pending completion of the audit, the 
announcement of the results and posting of the Annual Report 2008 to 
shareholders, which the Company intends to do as soon as practicable. At present 
the board of Timan ("Board") expects the audit to be completed by the beginning 
of August 2009, subject to appropriate funding being in place. 
 
 
Further to the announcement of 1 June 2009, $388,000 was received by Timan from 
Kamanisk Holdings Limited ("Kamanisk") last week. The Board is informed that the 
remainder of the $1 million will be provided by Kamanisk this week.
