The Board of THB Group plc ("the Company") received notification today, in
accordance with provisions of Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, from
ISIS Asset Management, that following the sale of 36,547 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the capital of the Company, its client Active Capital Trust now holds
760,179 ordinary shares representing 2.86% of the Company's issued share capital
and therefore no longer hold a notifiable interest.
