    TGE Marine AG

    ("TGE" or "the Company")

    Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, TGE announces that it was today notified that on Friday 28 November 2008, Gas Fin Investments S.A.
(which is part of the Gas Fin Group of companies controlled by Vladimir Puklavec), purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company. On
Monday 1 December 2008, Gas Fin Investments S.A. also purchased a further 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Both share purchases were at
a price of GBP12 per ordinary share.  The Gas Fin group of companies is now beneficially interested in the ordinary share capital of the
Company as follows:
