announces that as at the close of business on 6 March 2009 its 
unaudited net asset value, after providing for the estimated costs of 
liquidating the Company and of running the Company until the 
appointment of the liquidator was GBP10.9m, representing 75.01p per 
Ordinary Share. This net asset value is stated after including the 
VAT recovered and interest thereon described in the announcement 
issued on 23 February 2009 of the net asset value at 20 February 
2009.
