The Board of Sportswinbet has become aware that Capetown Enterprises Limited 
("Capetown") has become the registered holder of 39,442,669 ordinary shares 
representing 69.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company has 
inquired of Capetown as to the beneficiaries of its holding but to date has 
received no reply. However, the major shareholders, representing 53 per cent of 
the issued share capital, have informed the board that there has been no change 
to their beneficial shareholdings.
