                            Grant of gaming licence


Sportswinbet Limited ("Sportswinbet" or the "Company") is pleased to announce
that its wholly owned Alderney subsidiary company, Sportswinbet (C.I.) Limited,
has been granted a gaming licence by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission
(the "AGCC").

For the licence to be become operational the AGCC must first receive, consider
and approve a Control System Submission to be submitted by Sportswinbet (C.I.)
Limited. Work on this submission is currently underway.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
