                        BOARD APPOINTMENT and RETIREMENT

Stylo plc, the Bradford based shoe retail company announces the retirement of 
Mr Barry Morris, as a non-executive director of the Company and the appointment 
of Mr David Lockyer.

Barry Morris, who became a director of the Company in 2001, will retire on 31
January 2008 and in his place David Lockyer is appointed as a non-executive
director. David Lockyer's appointment is effective from 02 January 2008.

Michael Ziff, commenting on the changes said:

"Barry has made an immense contribution to the Company during his tenure as a
director and this has been much appreciated and valued.

I am also delighted to be able to announce the appointment of David Lockyer who
joins the Board today.

David's career commenced with C & J Clark Limited and he has worked in the shoe
industry since 1968, most recently being involved in the turnaround and
subsequent sale of footwear retailers Stead and Simpson before his retirement in
March 2007. During his career David has gained immense knowledge and experience
of the footwear retail industry and this will add greatly to the development of
Stylo plc."
