                 Stentor plc ("Stentor")
                            
Stentor  announces  that  it  has  been  advised  by  Co-
Operation  Retirement Benefit Fund (L)  Limited  ("CRBF")
the   majority  shareholder  in  Stentor  that  CRBF  has
acquired  a 5% equity interest in Buy & Sell.net Limited,
a  free Irish based Internet Services Provider for IR#1.5
million.   This may in certain circumstances be increased
to a 10% equity interest in that company.  Stentor has  a
20% equity interest in Buy & Sell.net Limited.
