Director Share Purchase
Neo Energy Metals plc, the near term, low-cost uranium
developer, is pleased to announce that Gathoni Muchai Investments
Limited ('GMI') has purchased 11,158,361 ordinary shares of
GBP0.0001 ("Ordinary Shares") through off market purchases at an
average price of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Of the 11,158,361 ordinary shares purchased, 3,908,361 are held
by GMI and 7,250,000 have been purchased by GMI on behalf of its
employees and related parties.
GMI is wholly owned and controlled by Neo's Chairman, Jason
Brewer and Non-Executive Director Jackline Muchai.
Following this share purchase, GMI holds 223,324,461 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 17.86 per cent of the Company's
voting rights.
