Issue of up to GBP 5,000,000 Memory Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes linked to the FTSE(R) 100 Index due August 2032

The Issuer hereby provides notice in accordance with the Final Terms that:

(a) the final Aggregate Principal Amount of the Notes to be issued on 19 August 2022 will be GBP 992,989;

(b) the title of the Notes is now "Issue of up to GBP 992,989 Memory Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes linked to the FTSE(R) 100 Index due August 2032"; and

(c) the final distribution fee payable to the Authorised Offeror in respect of the Notes to be issued on 19 August 2022 will be 1.5250 per cent. per Specified Denomination.

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall be as defined in the Final Terms.

This Notice and the Final Terms shall be read and construed together as one document.
