SovGEM Limited (AIM:SOV), the emerging market equity finance house, announces
that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 and
Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St. Brelade, Jersey JE3 8HE, Channel
Islands on 24 April 2008 at  11.00 a.m. (BST).
