                                Issue of equity


The Company announces that it has raised #30,000, before expenses, via a placing
of 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at 1p per share ("Placing Shares") with one warrant attached to every Placing
Share. Application has been made for the admission of 3,000,000 new Ordinary
Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 2 July 2007 
("Admission").


Following Admission, the Company will have 132,072,498 Ordinary Shares in issue.
