Change of Name

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the completion of the disposal of its Slimma and Splendour brands to JD Williams & Company Limited for a consideration of GBP800,000, further details of which were announced by the Company on 21 January 2011.

The Directors of the Company also wish to announce that, following receipt of shareholder approval at the general meeting of the Company on 15 January 2011, the change of name from Slimma plc to CDU plc has been processed by the Registrar of Companies. The Company is now incorporated under the name of CDU plc.

The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Friday 18 February 2011 and the Company's AIM symbol will change from SLM to CDU. In order to reflect the change to the new name, the Company is changing its website address to www.cduplc.com.
