Sky High plc, the AIM listed data collection and analysis group, announces that on 25 September 2012 it was informed that Mr Grant Wilson (Executive Director) purchased 7,733 ordinary shares at 9.65p.

Following his purchase Mr Wilson holds 548,726 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.55% of the company's issued share capital.
