Silverdell announces that its Canadian subsidiary, EDS Decommissioning Canada Inc., made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) on 10 December 2013. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.
