Silverdell Wins Major Retail Contract Worth over GBP3 million

Silverdell plc (AIM: SID), the industrial support services group, is pleased to announce that it has secured a three year, National Framework contract with a major high street retailer, which is expected to be worth in excess of GBP3 million of revenues over the life of the contract.

Under the terms of the contract, Silverdell will carry out asbestos remediation and removal work across all of the retailer's stores, nationwide. The Company is one of two that has been awarded this contract, on an exclusive basis. The retailer is planning to spend in excess of GBP1 million per year over the three years of the contract on Silverdell's services.

Sean Nutley, Chief Executive of Silverdell, commented:
