                                Grant of Options



Silverdell Plc announces that Chris Sims, Finance Director of the Company, was
on Tuesday 12 June granted options entitling him to acquire 100,000 ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 10p each in the Company under the Company's Share
Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of 157.5p per Ordinary Share and
the earliest time options in connection with this grant will vest and become
exercisable is 12 June 2010. All of the said options will lapse, if not
exercised, on 12 June 2014.


Following the award of these options, Chris Sims has a total interest, including
options, in Ordinary Shares of 125,000, representing 0.003 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.


At the same date, Simon Gunn, Finance Director of Silverdell (UK) Ltd, was
granted 50,000 options on the same terms as above.
