    Dividend 

    Further to the Preliminary Results announcement issued this morning (RNS number: 1705G), SatCom confirms the following dividend details:
a final dividend for 2008 of 0.40 cents per ordinary share (2007: 0.33 cents) will be proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to
be held on 17 December 2008. Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be payable on 19 December 2008 to those
shareholders on the register of members on 28 November 2008.
