             SatCom announces Master Distribution status agreement
                              with Thrane & Thrane

SatCom Group Holdings plc (AIM: SGH), a reseller of mobile satellite
communications, is pleased to announce that it's wholly-owned UAE-based
subsidiary, SatCom Global FZE ("SatCom Global"), has been selected as one of
only nine global Master Distributors for Thrane & Thrane, the leading
manufacturer of equipment and systems for global mobile communication based on
sophisticated  satellite and radio technology.

Under the agreement SatCom Global will wholesale Thrane & Thrane products on a
global basis to bring Thrane & Thrane products to new vertical markets using the
Group's established global logistics capability, comprising four warehouses
situated in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the USA, in addition to an
established Reseller Network in these regions.

The Group is also pleased to announce that another wholly-owned subsidiary of
SatCom, Horizon Mobile Communications ("HMC"), has been appointed as a Certified
Partner of Thrane & Thrane. HMC specialise in the provision of satellite
communications services to the maritime industry and will work with Thrane &
Thrane on the existing SAILOR(R) products and the next generation of Inmarsat
Fleet Broadband, continuing to provide satellite communications to seafarers
worldwide.

Commenting on the announcement, Mark White, Chief Executive of SatCom Group
