Further to this morning's announcement, the Company announces an increase in 
holdings by two unconnected parties. 
 
Following a purchase of 29,687,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company, Mr Selwyn Lewis is beneficially interested in 29,687,500 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 9.78 per cent. of the 
Company's issued voting share capital. 
 
In addition, the Company was also notified earlier today that Rock Nominees 
Limited (Account no. 0101975) holds 29,687,500 ordinary shares in the capital 
of the Company, equivalent to 9.78 per cent. of the Company's issued voting 
share capital. 
 
The Company currently has 303,675,690 ordinary shares in issue.
