Press Release 3 April 2007

                                  ScreenFX plc

                         ("ScreenFX" or "the Company")

MallFX: contract win with the UK's largest property company, Land Securities

ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist,
today announces that it has been awarded a significant contract to supply
digital flat screen networks for advertising and other media content across the
Land Securities' portfolio of thirteen shopping malls throughout the UK.

Land Securities, the UK's leading property company, owns and manages in excess
of six million square metres of commercial property including 30 shopping
centres and has selected ScreenFX as a partner though a competitive tender. The
contract represents a combined footfall of 206 million consumers per annum,
bringing ScreenFX up to a total footfall of 730 million consumers per annum.

Jo Morris, Commercialisation Manager, Retail Division at Land Securities, said:
"We own and manage one of the largest retail portfolios in the UK, with more
destinations currently in development. Creating a Digital Screen Network is a
new area for us and it was imperative to find a partner who had the capacity to
deliver solutions to meet the differing needs of our retail centres, both now
and in the future. We are always looking for ways to improve the customers'
experience in our properties and ScreenFX demonstrated that they were a company
who could help us to achieve our ambitions."

Leesa Ingham, Commercialisation Director at Land Securities, commented: "We have
been monitoring the Digital Screen Market for some time and believe it is now an
optimal time for Land Securities to take advantage of this maturing medium. We
are very much looking forward to working with the ScreenFX team on this very
exciting project."

Commenting on this significant contract win, Mike Cottman, Executive Chairman of
ScreenFX, said: "We are delighted to have won such a highly competitive tender
for Land Securities mall estate. This represents an important breakthrough for
ScreenFX in positioning our MallFX division as the leading digital
communications provider for shopping malls in the UK.

"Moving our consumer footfall from its current half a billion to approximately
three quarters of a billion per annum, provides our media buying partners with a
unique opportunity to target shoppers in a mass broadcast manner. There is an
undeniable logic for brand owners to want to communicate with consumers who are
physically in the act of buying rather than sitting at home in front of the
television. We are at last providing the media industry with the scale and
reach they require to make this advertising medium a successful way to reach a
very targeted consumer audience in a cost effective manner."

The mall names and locations are detailed in the table below:
