Results of AGM and EGM

Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc (AIM: SDIC; SDCC), the pan-German
residential property investment company listed on AIM, advises shareholders that
at the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") held today, all resolutions
were duly passed.

In particular, both Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders approved the
resolution authorising the purchase by the Company of up to 15% of the fully
paid Ordinary Shares in issue and up to 15% of the C Shares in issue at a price
of no less than one Euro cent and not more than EUR5.00 per share with an expiry
date of the conclusion of the second Annual General Meeting or, if earlier, on
31 December 2008.

At the extraordinary general meeting of the C Shareholders, also held today, any
such purchase by the Company of Ordinary Shares or C Shares, in accordance with
the terms of the resolution passed at the AGM, was consented to and approved.
