Confirmation of Redenomination

Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company PLC (AIM: SDIC, SDCC) announces that,
further to the announcement on 16 October 2007, on 17 October 2007 the
redomination of the issued and unissued ordinary shares and C shares from
Sterling to Euros has been completed.

Accordingly, it is expected that the opening quoted market price of the new
ordinary shares of 5 Euro cents each will be calculated using the mid-point
Sterling-Euro exchange rate of 0.69685, as derived from Reuters at 4.00 pm on 15
October 2007. The new C shares of 25 Euro cents each will continue to trade at
the existing quoted market price of the original C shares which were quoted in
Euros from their admission to trading on AIM in May 2007.
